Deleting comment circulations

Deleting a comment circulation aborts the circulation. It is similar to closing the circulation as described in Closing comment circulations except that the circulation can not be found by searching or re-opened.

To delete a comment circulation:

1. Confirm that you want to delete the circulation by reviewing the document comments as described in Viewing responses to a comment circulation.
2. Click the Outbox folder. The circulations that you have sent are listed.
3. In the row for the circulation that you want to delete, click Delete. The view refreshes with the circulation removed.
